Old Dominion Realty Top Producers "Sell Away" for a Bahamas Cruise

Mike Pugh and Cathy Ward, Old Dominion Realty Brokers, recently hosted a team of their top producing real estate agents and staff members on a five-day, four-night cruise to the Bahamas.  Old Dominion Realty's team members were challenged with strict performance specifications over the last year to be included as a part of the retreat.  The members who participated in the retreat achieved and even exceeded their goals.

"We like to recognize the hard work of our talented, professional real estate agents and team members at Old Dominion Realty," commented Pugh.  "Travelling to ports of call like Port Canaveral, Cococay, and Nassau, gave us a chance to escape the cold, Virginia winter and relate to each other as adventurers, relaxation seekers, and cruisers and instead of co-workers."

Approximately 60 sales associates, staff members and their family members set sail from Port Canaveral, FL on Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Seas® ship on March 2, 2015  enjoying onboard and off board adventures like RCCL Vitality Spa and fitness center, rock-climbing wall, fine dining, Broadway-style entertainment, and relaxing by the pool or on the beaches of the Bahamas.

"Incentives for Realtors like a cruise to the Bahamas help to create a successful and rewarding business environment giving us a chance to celebrate our successes together.  This year's cruise challenge brought a lot of excitement throughout our offices, and we're certain future challenges will do the same," said Pugh.
