Old Dominion Real Estate Institute was founded in 2008 by Principal Broker, Michael Pugh, for the purpose of providing quality continuing and post license education classes for his Virginia agents, at little or no expense and with no travel time involved. In 2009, the classes were opened for all agents in the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Association of Realtors and now includes continuing education classes approved by the State of West Virginia.
