As a Real Estate Professional the most important and basic services you offer are helping people buy and sell real estate. Agents need to have a thorough understanding of standard real estate practices, local economics, real estate law, type of financing/mortgages and fair housing laws. O.D.R. Realtors are experts in the buying and selling process; saving their clients time, money and trouble.
